The Wits Business School (WBS) is the Graduate School of Business Administration at Wits University, the top ranking research university in Africa. WBS has a proud heritage and enjoys a solid reputation amongst the local and international business and academic communities.

The full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PDM), one of the most popular programmes at WBS, offers a varied, interactive model of learning which is based on real life case studies, classroom discussions and syndicate work.
Fundamental courses include: Principals of Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Operations Management, HR Management and Economics; core courses include Management Accounting, Organisational Design & Development, Analytical Decision-making, Technology and Information Management and Principals of Strategic Management. In addition, students choose five elective courses.
A unique aspect of the PDM is that the programme includes a two-month internship which is widely supported by many leading organisations in South Africa. The PDM also offers comprehensive career management programme, including intensive internship preparation, career advisory and coaching and employment forums.

A Bachelors degree (NQF-7). No prior work experience is necessary. A level of Mathematics competency equivalent to Matric certificate. Acceptable scores for the WBS admission test, copy of all academic transcripts, non-refundable application fee.
